The agreement
These terms cover this website and the ROI and Drops services from Easy Growth Ops, operated by Jamil Global, based in the United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). By using the site or the services you agree to them. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you can agree for that business. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
The services
- ROI reads ad spend from Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads and payout from one call platform (Ringba, CallGrid, TrackDrive, Retreaver, or Phonexa), then posts net profit and related figures to Slack every 15–30 minutes, depending on setup. We set it up with you.
- Drops posts a short thread of yesterday’s winning ads in your chosen verticals to Slack each morning.
We may improve or change the services. If a change removes something you rely on, we will tell you first.
Access you give us
- You confirm you are allowed to grant access to the ad accounts, call platform, and Slack workspace you connect.
- Access is read-only. We never bid, pause, scale, or edit campaigns, budgets, or call routing.
- You can revoke access at any time. Reports stop when access stops.
Trials, prices, and billing
- Prices are the ones on this site when you sign up, in US dollars, before any taxes. VAT or other taxes are added where the law requires them.
- Drops starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed for the trial.
- ROI’s first-month price ($200 at founding pricing) includes a one-time setup. If you cancel before setup starts, we refund your first payment in full. Once setup has started, the first month is non-refundable.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider.
- Plans are billed monthly. Cancel any month; the plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Partial months are not refunded.
- Founding prices stay locked while your subscription stays active. If we change prices for existing customers, we will tell you at least 30 days before.
Numbers come from other platforms
ROI reports what the ad platforms and your call platform return through their APIs. Those figures can be late, revised, or incomplete, for example when a platform restates spend or adjusts payouts. Reports are information to help you decide. Bidding, budget, and campaign decisions stay yours. Nothing we send is financial advice.
Ads in Drops
The ads in each drop are made and owned by other advertisers. We share them so your team can study the structure: the hook, the proof, the offer. Write your own version. Do not copy them or reuse their footage, music, or trademarks. Featuring an ad is not an endorsement. Rights holders can ask us to remove an ad at hello@geteasygrowthops.co.
Fair use of the services
- Do not resell or redistribute the services or drops outside your team without our written permission.
- Do not try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the services.
- Do not use the services for unlawful advertising or in breach of the ad platforms’ or call platforms’ rules.
Your compliance
You are solely responsible for making sure your ads, landing pages, and calls comply with the law and with the rules of the platforms you use. That includes the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), state telemarketing laws, and, for Medicare, the CMS marketing rules. ROI and Drops report on campaigns. They do not review them or check that they comply.
If anyone brings a claim, complaint, or regulatory action against us that arises from your campaigns, including your ads, landing pages, leads, or calls, you will indemnify us: you will cover our resulting losses, fines, and reasonable legal costs.
Other platforms
Slack, Meta, Google, TikTok, and the call platforms are run by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages or API changes, though we will work to restore reports when they come back.
Ownership
Your data stays yours. We use it only to run the services, as the privacy policy describes. The site, the software, and the report formats are ours.
No warranty, limited liability
The services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profit or ad spend), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can cancel any month. We may suspend or end the service for non-payment or a breach of these terms, and will tell you why. When the service ends, we stop reading your accounts and handle your data as the privacy policy describes.
Changes to these terms
We will update the date at the top when these terms change, and tell customers about material changes before they take effect.
