The short version
- ROI and Drops are read-only. We read ad spend and call payout. We never bid, pause, scale, or edit anything in your ad accounts or call platform.
- We use your data to post your reports in your Slack. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
- You can revoke our access at any time, from each platform or by emailing us.
Who we are
Easy Growth Ops is operated by Jamil Global (“we”, “us”), based in the United Arab Emirates. Postal address: Jamil Global, Shams, Sharjah, UAE. This policy covers this website and the two services we sell: ROI and Drops. Questions go to hello@geteasygrowthops.co.
For this website, bookings, and billing, we decide how your data is used. For the ad and call data in your ROI reports, we act as your processor: we handle it only on your instructions, to produce your reports.
What we collect
When you visit this website
- Vercel Web Analytics. Page views and button clicks (for example, which “Book” or “Trial” button you pressed), with referrer, page, country, browser, and device type. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies.
- Google Analytics 4, if we switch it on, and only after you accept it in a consent banner. Google receives the same page views and button clicks plus device and approximate location data, and sets first-party cookies to recognise returning browsers.
- Calendly. Every booking and trial button opens Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email, and anything you type in the form, under Calendly’s own privacy policy, and shares it with us so we can run the call.
When you use ROI
- Ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads). Through read-only OAuth or API access you grant: ad account IDs and names, campaign names, and performance figures such as spend, clicks, and conversions.
- Call platform (Ringba, CallGrid, TrackDrive, Retreaver, or Phonexa). Through a read-only API key or login you share: call counts, payout, revenue, fees, and the campaign names needed to match calls to spend. We use only the fields the report needs.
- Slack. The workspace and channel you choose for delivery, and the messages our app posts there.
When you use Drops
- The verticals you pick and the Slack workspace and channel for delivery.
- The ads in each drop come from public sources such as ad libraries. They are not your data.
When you talk to us or pay us
- Your name, company, email, and what you send us.
- Billing details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
- To build and post your ROI and Drops updates in Slack.
- To set up, support, and bill your account.
- To see which pages and buttons work on this site, in aggregate.
- To keep the services secure and fix problems.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your ad or call data to advertise to you or to anyone else.
Legal bases (EU and UK)
If you are in the EU or UK, we rely on these legal bases:
- Contract: to run the services you signed up for, including setup, support, and billing.
- Legitimate interests: to understand how this site is used through cookieless analytics, and to keep the site and services secure.
- Consent: for Google Analytics 4 cookies. Before we turn GA4 on, we will show a consent banner, and GA4 runs only if you accept. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: to keep invoices and other records the law requires.
Data from Google, Meta, and TikTok
Access to ad platforms is read-only and used only to produce your reports. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We follow the platform terms of Meta and TikTok for data received through their APIs. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run Easy Growth Ops, and only for that purpose:
- Slack, to deliver your updates.
- Vercel, which hosts this website and runs Vercel Web Analytics.
- Google, for Google Analytics 4 if it is switched on.
- Calendly, for booking calls.
- Make.com, which runs the reporting jobs.
- Our payment provider, for billing.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to a buyer if Easy Growth Ops is sold, under the same protections as this policy.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless. Google Analytics 4, when switched on, sets cookies, and only after you accept them in the consent banner. Calendly sets its own cookies on calendly.com.
How long we keep it
We keep account and report data while your subscription is active. When you cancel, we revoke or discard our access tokens and API keys and delete your stored report data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep something longer, such as invoices.
Messages our app has already posted in your Slack stay in your workspace, under your control. Deletion covers our systems only. You can delete those messages in Slack.
Security
Access tokens and API keys are limited to the people and systems that run your reports. No method of storage or transfer is perfectly secure, so we ask for read-only access only and you can revoke it at any time.
Revoking access and deleting data
- Meta: Business Settings → Integrations / Apps, or remove our partner access.
- Google Ads: remove our user or manager link in Google Ads, or remove app access in your Google Account’s third-party connections.
- TikTok: remove our access in TikTok Business Center.
- Call platform: delete or rotate the API key or user you shared with us.
- Slack: remove the app from your workspace.
To get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted, email hello@geteasygrowthops.co. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, or California), you may have further rights, including to object or to complain to a data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for using them.
International transfers
Our providers run in the United States and other countries. Where data moves across borders, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
Easy Growth Ops is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell customers in Slack or by email first.
